Registration fee

The registration fee covers access to to scientific sessions, pre-booked presentations and/or courses, the industry exhibition, poster exhibition, a printed programme if booked and the welcome reception.

Invited speakers

If you are an invited speaker, your registration will not be carried out automatically. You will receive all registration details together with your official invitation letter via e-mail. You can register online or via the speaker registration form.

Networking evening

The GTH networking evening will take place on Thursday, 20 February 2020, at 20:00. Tickets can be purchased for € 70 during the online registration process.

Congress barcode

Registered participants will receive a barcode prior to the congress, which will be required to print their name badge on-site. It is recommended to bring a hard copy. Self-service ticketing is located right in front of the registration desk.

Congress documents

Congress documents can be picked up at the registration counter on-site. Please consider that there might be queues which cause waiting times, especially at the beginning of the congress.

Certificate of attendance

Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you by e-mail after the congress.

Kindly note

Registration via phone, e-mail, fax or post is not possible. Although on-site registration will be available, we recommend registering online in advance to avoid waiting times. For any question concerning the registration process please contact gth2020-registration@mci-group.com

Method of payment

Payment by credit card or direct debit (German bank accounts) is recommended. Personal data will remain confidential and is securely encrypted. We accept the following credit cards (only for participants from abroad):

After receiving the full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail.

Registration and services booked can only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or valid credit card details.

Prices are based on the current tariffs of our service providers as well as the currently valid VAT. All prices and details beyond our control are subject to change.

Cancellation policy

In case of a cancellation of participation by 2 December 2019, registration fees will be refunded. A processing fee of € 35 per person will apply. After this date, registration fees are non-refundable. Name changes entail a processing fee of €10 per registration. In case of a no-show or early departure, a refund of registration fees is not possible. The organisers will only accept refund requests in writing.
Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, please specify them while filling out your registration form. The re-issuing of an invoice entails a €10 processing fee.
