Abstract fee

There are no fees for abstract submissions. Please note that submitting an abstract does not mean you are registered for the congress. However, the presenting author must be registered.

Notification of acceptance

The abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the scientific committee. Notifications will be sent to the authors via email by the end of November 2019.

Abstract changes

In case you have not yet fully submitted your abstract (saved as a draft), you can make changes at any point. If you have already submitted your abstract, changes are still possible until the end of the submission period. Please contact
gth-secretariat@mci-group.com.
